Hidden potential is extremely hard to discover and recognize with graduating talent through traditional hiring practices.

Here is how it works. Grad Potential has a sifting process that allows every candidate to enter their resume into the ring with a fighting chance of getting to the next stage of the hiring process. The Grad Potentials candidate sifting process has nothing to do with the candidate’s resume. It has to do with three key factors; Job Fit, Psychometric and Culture. Each candidate completes an online profile that takes no more than 12 minutes. The Grad Potential sifter does not rank the candidate on what they have done in the past but on their potential to excel today. Once the ranking is completed, the short listed candidates (many of whom would have been left on the cutting room floor of traditional resume filtering) move to the Hiring Simulation Assessment process. This is where candidates are provided opportunities to move away from the interview process and engage in real life simulation activities with a unique scoring process for both the candidate and the hiring team to utilize. Hidden potential is discovered and valuable talent is hired.
